Dear Team,
January is over and momentum now starting to build!
Event 8 Timbo Blizz Cycle Tour
Timbo/Blizz combo is back with a Paul Green to turn company into a crowd.
‘ The Goodies ‘ will be leaving Calais on 5th July and working their way 420 miles West to arrive to arrive in time for the Tour du France finish in San Malo on the 9th at approx 15.00-if you see a 100 cycle pile up on the Tour around 14.30 have a look for Barry on the TV!!
Our boys will take a couple of days to follow the Tour and then the real challenge begins with a 9 hour drinking session on the San Malo/Portsmouth ferry-Ask Milney about that!!
Brilliant challenge again and best of luck to Paul, Barry and Timbo-anyone else interested in joining let me know and will put you in touch.
Event 9 Junior Hadrian's Wall Cycle
Juniors are back with Leah taking on the 174 mile, Route 72, Coast to Coast Hadrian’s Wall Cycleway-Starting day after Timbo on 6th July.
This is a stunning route starting at Ravenglass on the West Coast working its way across the country to finish at South Shields on the East three days later.

Event 5 Ben's Ultra Marathon
Ben Locke is training hard through the snow in preparation for a 50 mile ultra-marathon race next month on 2nd Feb !!!!
The route is from Oxford to Henley following the Thames Path and is 40 miles further than Ben’s longest official race!! Also running for O2e is Tommy Hall who recently completed his first marathon but anything past 26.2 miles will be into the unknown
Sure this event will take Lockey and Tommy well outside their comfort zones-many thanks for choosing O2e and best of luck chaps!!!!!!!!!!!
Event 6 2013 L’Etape du Tour
Foxy is heading for the mountains!
What can a wife get her husband, who’s got everything, for Christmas? A place in the 2013 L’Etape du Tour world famous cycle race of course!
On 7th July Foxy will be on the start line with 8000 cyclists ready for a 130km Stage Race from Annecy to Semnoz
Foxy has always shied away from the hills and mountains but Claire has changed that with one click of a mouse as this stage has some beauties!

Here we go!!!
Event 2 London Marathon
Welcome to O2e Virgins Robbie, James and Max who will be joining Andy ( aka Shrek ) and pounding the streets of London on 21st April in the best marathon in the world.
Marathon running is new to James and Max and no better place than London to ‘ pop your cherry’.
Shrek is determined to break the 4 hour barrier and James looking at sub 3.30!!

Event 3 London to Brighton 100K
Keeping with running-this one is off the scale. Phil ( aka Fly ) got a bit boozed up (no surprises so far) and took up the London to Brighton 100k Challenge Race.
In the words of Fly ‘ it’s only 100k , so what’s that 2 and a bit marathons, further I’ve ever run is 10 miles once, which I hated ‘.
Clock is already ticking on this one a race day is 25th May. Brilliant challenge and DEFINETELY out of your comfort zone-best of luck mate with training and ice baths!!

2013 Events are coming in but wanted to kick list off with ‘ The Posse ‘ EVENT 1
Nick, Mark, Jamie, Tudor, Keith and Stuart have been great supporters. Their accomplishments over the years is everything that O2e is about as they have raised the bar time and time again. I remember their first ride some years ago- a Big Kev’s special- and they were all really nervous about being able to finish- now look at them taking on the biggest and best of the Alps!!!!!!!!
