Skelly Challenge 2025

Sign up for the January Skelly Challenge is now open.  Our dear friend Paul Skelly used to challenge himself every year to cycle a minimum of 10 miles per day and one 100 miler in the month of January to total 400 miles (all outside!!!). Now evolved to include indoors and out, you can choose a whole range of sporting challenges or a combination – cycling, walking, swimming, rowing, push-ups, skipping. The distance is not the key but to exercise EVERYDAY for 31 days is the challenge….. What better way to start 2025 than with a healthy sporting month…
