Skelly Challenge 2026

Season’s Greetings everyone – where did 2025 go? December is often a month of indulgence, booze and Christmas parties and our dear friend Mr Skelly had the perfect antidote with this January challenge.

Skelly Jan 26 is THE opportunity to reset and kick start the year in a positive and healthy manner.
This annual challenge has evolved to be so much more than riding your bike. For the traditionalists it will be:
30 x 10 miles
1 x 100 miles
Total 400 miles of OUTDOOR CYCLING
But that’s simply not possible for many with travel, work and family commitments plus tricky weather conditions etc.
Now we’ve come up with a way that everyone can get involved – here’s how:
30 x 30 minutes
1 x 100 minutes
Total 1,000 minutes of ANY EXERCISE YOU CHOOSE!

This can be whatever you want from cycling (indoors or out), walking (get off a station before your usual train/tube stop), running, stepping, swimming, rowing, press-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups – the list is endless!

January is a tough month at the best of times and it will be difficult to find the time or motivation every day and your body will be sore but this challenge is meant to be tough.
So, let’s kick off 2026 with a bang – please join us, get creative and turn ORDINARY 2 EXTRAORDINARY!
