CPR and Defibrillator Training

In order to make our upcoming Bike ride as safe as possible for everyone, we have decided to offer a free training session in the techniques of CPR and the use of a defibrillator, This is also open to all supporters of O2e.
The training session will take place in Oxted Surrey for those that are able to attend in person and the session will also be recorded and a Teams link will be provided. We are keen to have as many people as possible involved in this incredibly important training session, so please check your diaries and try and make yourselves available if possible.
The session will be held in the room below
The Gurkha Kitchen Restaurant
The Station Square,
Oxted
RH8 0AX
Tuesday 25th August
Starting at 19:00
The restaurant will be open for us to enjoy some fine Nepalese food after the training!!
Our trainer is David Sullivan, an inspiring and passionate believer in the need to be aware of the dangers of cardiac arrest and how to maximise the chances of survival.
On our annual Big Kev’s Ride in September, we will be carrying 3 or 4 defib units and hopefully these will never be needed!
Please can you let me know as soon as possible whether you are able to attend the training either in person or virtually and if in person, whether you will be dining afterwards.
