| Gala Ball VERY IMPORTANT |
| Due to circumstances completely out of our control we are having to move the venue and make some changes to the timings of our Gala Ball on the 16 November 2024 at Chelsea FC. |
| We can only apologise for any inconvenience this may cause those of you who have already signed up for the ball, who have also been informed separately, however, we felt we needed to spread the word as wide as possible to ensure the information reached as many people as possible. |
| We have managed to secure last minute a fantastic new venue: |
| The 175 Suite, The Galadari Stand, at The Kia Oval in Kennington. This is a fantastic suite with panoramic views over the ground and views of London. |
| The evening will be starting at the new time of 5:30pm.The new timings for the rest of the evening are as follows:5:30pm to 6:15pm Drinks Reception in the 175 Suite at The Kia Oval 6:25pm to 6:30pm Chairman’s Welcome 6:30pm to 9pm Dinner, Speeches, Auction and Raffle 9pm to 11:30pm Dancing to The Fog 12am CarriagesSo, if you haven’t booked your place yet there is still time as this is a bigger venue, and so there are still places available. Its £130 per person, which includes drinks reception, three course dinner, live music and dancing.Some more details: Dress code: Jacket & Tie, Ladies Cocktail dress |
| Parking at The Oval: |
| There is no general on-site parking. If coming by car please use the The Just Park App. Parking can be arranged on-site in advance for those with mobility issues. |
| Accommodation: |
| There is no on-site accommodation at The Oval but there is a variety of hotels nearby depending on your budget. There is a Travelodge opposite or more premium hotels within a 15 minute walk. |
